Have you every wished to schedule repeat appointments and meeting requests that do not fit a regular pattern? Outlook provides a powerful facility to have recurring appointments however if your appointment does not fit this neat format then you have to enter each individually. Not any more, WS:RA II allows you to choose an appointment and select multiple dates for this appointment, automatically creating the Repeat Appointments in your calendar. In addition you can also add new additional dates after creating the initial Repeat Group as well as removing existing repeat appointments using the simple interface. Features of the WS:RA II add-in: o Create random pattern Appointments and Meeting Requests o Create multiple repeat appointments from the original o Create Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly patterned Repeat Groups o On Daily Repeat Groups select what days of the week are to be included in the pattern (e.g. A part time worker only works Mon, Tues and Wed so all other days ignored) o On Weekly Repeat Groups, selects those days that are to be repeat. o Once pattern Repeat Groups created, individual dates may be modified.
