Droidabot:Transform your 'Droid.
Enable this simple service and hear the familiar "doot doot doot doot" of a Transformer changing modes when sliding your physical keyboard in or out.
Written with devices like the Motorola Droid and HTC Dream in mind, this should work for any Android phone with a sliding (or detachable) keyboard. NOTE: The Echo is not currently supported.
So, do you have an Autodroid or a Deceptidroid? Dark of the Android Moon?
For persistent licensing check failure: Make sure you have wifi enabled and present on first launch. Some users have reported that rebooting the device helps too. After the first successful license check it gets much more forgiving.

As requested we added a volume control:,Click on the toggle button labeled "Use System Volume" (service must first be enabled for the button to be work). The button text should change to "Override ...". Now move the volume slider to the desired level and the sound will be played back at the chosen level regardless of the system sound setting. Leave the toggle button at "Use System Volume" to keep the previous behavior (where your volume up/down buttons tablet control the sound effect volume)
