Drop Secure Pro is an encryption utility that uses multiple encryption ciphers to secure a file in a way that is a little different. The Decryptor is free - the full program is free for 1 month so that you can try it out. Drop Secure Pro works by dividing up the file into small chunks. By default, those chunks are 256 bytes long. Each chunk is encrypted with a separate cipher, using a separate password that is derived from a hash of information provided by the user, from the archive, and from the data being encrypted. This password is used only once for that one chunk of data, and then discarded. The chunks of data are placed in an archive file, with pertinent information encrypted again as a group. This increases security over other encryption utilities. For example - a 1 megabyte file will encrypt four thousand 256 byte chunks of data. Each chunk is encrypted with a different password and one of a range of ciphers. To compromise a single chunk of data, a hacker would have to guess the encryption algorithm employed, and then break the encryption by a brute force attack. If he succeeds, the hacker would only have 1/4000th of the data, and would have no advantage when it comes to attempting to break the other 3999 chunks. When you compare this to encrypting a file with other encryption utilities, you would see it takes the same amount of effort to crack their entire file as it does to crack a single chunk of 256 bytes of data -Drop Secure ProTM uses. When used with one of the encryption types that support 256 bit key sizes, Drop Secure ProTM meets and exceeds recommendations for security and key strength set by DCSSI, BSI, and the NSA.

The proprietary software and documentation accompanying this License (collectively the "Drop Secure Software") are licensed, not sold, to you by Michael Heuss for use only under the terms of this License, and Michael Heuss reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. Termination. This License is effective until terminated. Michael Heuss only provides Drop Secure as an electronic download. In particular, but without limitation, the Drop Secure Software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the Drop Secure Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons. 10. Government End Users. The Drop Secure Software and related documentation are "Commercial Items", as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation", as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. 227.72021 through 227.72024, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. 11. Controlling Law and Severability. This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Florida between Florida residents. This License shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect. 12. Complete Agreement; Governing Language. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Drop Secure Software licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Michael Heuss. Any translation of this License is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License shall govern. 13. Third Party Acknowledgements. Portions of the Drop Secure Software utilize or include third party software and other copyrighted material. Acknowledgements, licensing terms and disclaimers for such material are contained in the online electronic documentation for the Open Source Software, or may otherwise accompany such material, and your use of such material is governed by their respective terms.
