You can typically do your TWAIN job in several lines of code. At the same time, Dynamic TWAIN is very powerful. It is compatible with TWAIN specification V1.9. It has built-in JPEG and TIFF codec. It supports all three image transfer modes and many other features. With Dynamic TWAIN ActiveX control you can control any scanner, digital camera or capture card if it has a TWAIN driver. High-level acquisition support is provided for ease of use, and low-level functionality is provided for flexibility and control in even the most demanding applications. Dynamic Web TWAIN is also available. The Web Edition of Dynamic TWAIN ActiveX control (SDK) has many features specifically designed for web environment, such as uploading and downloading images through FTP or HTTP protocol. Image can be displayed within Dynamic Web TWAIN without exchanging image data between the ActiveX control and the img HTML tag. Runtime distribution is royalty free.

RESTRICTIONS You may not deploy the SOFTWARE on web server, including internet and intranet web server. You must NOT distribute the DynamicTwain4.lic file under any circumstances. Your product is targeted to end users. The end user application must not be another development tool (such as ActiveX control) designed to be used for creating other end user applications using the SOFTWARE. A user of any end user applications may not further use parts of the SOFTWARE for software development, copying or distribution. You must enforce this in a separate agreement with the user of any end user applications. You may use only one copy of the SOFTWARE at any time for each license. The SOFTWARE is "in-use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the storage device of that computer.
