The Easy Test Authoring Tool is an easy-to-use, menu-driven program which enables you to create multi-media multiple-choice tests. Up to 5000 Questions can be stored in the data bank, and Questions can be presented randomly or sequentially. A Question can be simple - a text question with up to six multiple-choice answers - or it can include extra multi-media information. You can display additional study information before the question is answered or an explanation after it is answered. You can also include HyperText links in the question text, as well as embedded RTF graphics. And you can provide feedback based on correct or incorrect answers. Correct and incorrect answers are recorded and the results are saved. These can be encrypted, allowing the Test to be used for 'distance education', where the student takes your Test and returns the encrypted Results file for scoring. You have complete control over the Test presentation. All colors, displayed screens, results graphs and feedback information can be changed to make the test your unique program. You can add an Opening Screen, an Introduction, an About Box, a Help System and a Closing Screen, as well as your own program Icon. And the Tests which you create can be freely distributed, without fees or royalties.
