The service is provided on as is and as available basis, however Provider Bee Interactive s.r.o. will do all it can to provide you with a 99% uptime of the service. Eligibility You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the sign-up process. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. One company or individual may not maintain more than one free account. Payment Terms Bee Interactive s.r.o. gives you access to have a promo-license account for one month. In case your company wants a full account, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade accounts, or for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties. In case of an upgrade or downgrade of your account, you will be invoiced with the new rate in the next billing cycle. Modification to Fees and Services Provider Bee Interactive s.r.o. reserves the right to change Service fees upon 30 days notice from us and reserves the right to discontinue the Service of any account upon 30 days notice by us. Cancellation is immediate, and all of your Content will be immediately deleted from our records.
