CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM The parties (You and the developers) agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hungarian Republic. The parties also agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Central District Court of Pest or the City Court of Budapest (both located in Budapest, Hungary), depending on the value of the legal debates relating to the EULA. 6. COPYRIGHT The Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 7. TERMINATION If you wish to terminate this agreement, you may simply cease using the product and follow the uninstall instructions. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your authorization to use the product at any time without cause.
