Evaluation License Software License Agreement for ElecKey 2.0 Express Edition: Evaluation License Notice: Carefully read the License Agreement ("License") below before using this product. Using this product indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 1. License Grant. Sciensoft Research Inc. ("Sciensoft") grants you a non-exclusive license to use the product ("Software") for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. The Software is in "use" on a computer when it is stored in memory (either temporary or permanent). Although the Software is a software development product to create a "Software Protection System" over application programs ("Protected Programs"), you are not granted any rights to distribute, give away, or sell your Protected Programs created by the evaluation version of the Software. 2. Copyright. The Software is owned by Sciensoft and is protected by Thailand copyright laws and international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except you may make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes. 3. Restrictions. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to human-perceivable form.
