Essen Target Harvester is designed to extract email addresses from web sites using the HTTP protocol. It does not depend upon any additional software unlike many email harvesters that depend on Internet Explorer. Essen Target Harvester is a very fast program that supports multi-threaded (multiple connections to the web server) web page loading from web sites. It requires very few machine resources while running and is very easy to use. In order to operate, it needs a computer with a functioning connection to the Internet. The program searches the website, given as a URL or list of URLs, at each level and each link in order to extract email addresses. It can search from a list of manually entered URLs or generate a URL list to harvest entire sites. The address extraction is extremely fast. It can connect from 1 to 15 sites at once, or you can control the number of connections from 1 to 100 with a web server. It can avoid email addresses with keywords that you provide. It can also be set to only accept URLs with keywords provided by you. It also allows you to pause while going offline for other tasks. The program can resume the harvesting process at the same place where it left off, even if your computer crashes. Essen Target Harvester can save a list of extracted addresses to a file and add more addresses to it later. It will find and delete duplicate addresses and can be set to exclude filtered domains and text such as .mil or .gov. It also displays a detailed activity window. ("ESSEN") grants you ("e_extractor") a license to use the Essen Target Harvester software ("Program") as indicated below. e_extractor may make and use one more copy of the Program solely for e_extractors backup ; provided that: (a) the Program is not modified in any way; and (b) e_extractor maintains the copyright notice on the copy of the Program. e_extractor may not use the Program for commercial timesharing, rental, or service bureau use. The Program may not be transferred, sold, assigned or otherwise conveyed to another party without ESSENs prior written consent. e_extractor agrees not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the Program. e_extractor shall not disclose the results of any benchmark tests of the Programs to any third party without ESSENs prior written approval. e_extractor acquires only the right to use the Program and does not acquire any rights of ownership in the Program. ESSEN, or its licensor, shall at all times retain all rights, title and interest in the Program. Essen Target Harvester gives the e_extractor the power and flexibility of having his own tool for extracting E mail addresses from web sites. However, the use of this program to abuse email extracting / marketing or to participate in an unethical or illegal email extracting / marketing program shall constitute a violation of the terms and conditions of the license as intended and result into automatic and immediate revocation of this said license. Essen shall in no way be held responsible in any way for any actions resulting from the use of this software.By proceeding with this installation, you hereby agree to accept full and complete responsibilty for this products use and agree that it will only be used for its intended purpose as an incredibly powerful tool for responsible email extracting. You also agree that you or your represenative shall not hold Essen the copyright owner, responsible in any way for any losses incurred due to use of this software. Essen Target Harvester shall not be used by the e_extractor for extracting E mail addresses and further spamming as defined under the current laws / proposed bills as existing in the Congress of the United States and also the Union of India. Any violation of the same shall be at the explicit and whole and sole, unfettered risk of the e_extractor and Essen shall be fully discharged from any and all of the liabilities now and in future, arising out of any action / inaction taken by the e_extractor with respect to the above. e_extractor may make and use one more copy of the Program solely for e_extractors backup ; provided that: (a) the Program is not modified in any way; and (b) e_extractor maintains the copyright notice on the copy of the Program. e_extractor may not use the Program for commercial timesharing, rental, or service bureau use. The Program may not be transferred, sold, assigned or otherwise conveyed to another party without ESSENs prior written consent. e_extractor agrees not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the Program. e_extractor shall not disclose the results of any benchmark tests of the Programs to any third party without ESSENs prior written approval. e_extractor acquires only the right to use the Program and does not acquire any rights of ownership in the Program. Upon termination, e_extractor shall cease using the Program and shall destroy or return to ESSEN all copies of the Program including all modifications and merged portions in any form. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Union of India. ESSEN DOES NOT WARRANT THE PROGRAM AND ESSEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT; THIS PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS-IS". ESSENS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES HEREUNDER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE FEES IF ANY PAID BY e_extractor UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. e_extractor agrees to comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the U.S./UNION of INDIA to assure that neither the Programs, nor any direct product thereof, are exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of U.S./UNION of INDIA law. The Program may not be transferred outside the country where delivery is taken or transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to another party without ESSENs prior written consent. If the Program is delivered to a U.S. Government Agency of the Department of Defense, then it is delivered with Restricted Rights and the following legend is applicable. Unless both parties have signed a license agreement covering the Program, this Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and supercedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in a writing signed by a duly authorized representative of each party; no other act, document, usage or custom shall be deemed to amend or modify this Agreement. The waiver by either party of any breach of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
