That way, should anything happen to the original drive or the computer itself, "Backup" copies exist and your records can be "Restored" to you. Ezidoits provides a simple, non-technical guide to help you step-by-step you through setting up the Backup process. There is no further input required once you've set things up : Ezidoits automatically identifies the files of the types you selected, and copies them to the location you chose. You can even select the day and the time this takes place, to avoid conflict with other items on your schedule. Your PC will need to be running at the time specified, but otherwise everything is done for you, giving you peace of mind. Backup of PC files and records is perhaps the most neglected activity connected with computer ownership. However, with Ezidoits, this is no longer a problem for you - you retain full control over what is kept, where it's kept and even when. The Restore process is equally straight-forward, in the event that it is ever needed. Files and records have the same name in Backup as they have in your usual folders, so you won't have any difficulty finding what you want.

This SLA is an agreement between the Licensor (Laek Limited) and the Licensee (the organisation and/or the individual agreeing to the SLA), who is being licensed to use Ezidoits trial version (the Software). The Licensee acknowledges that this SLA is only a limited nonexclusive license. The Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software. The Licensee acknowledges that the Software is provided Free of Charge for evaluation purposes. The Licensee acknowledges the evaluation period will be for 3 calendar months only from date of download of the Software. This SLA permits the Licensee to install and deploy the Software as required. The Software is subject to a limited warranty. The Licensor warrants to the Licensee that the Software will perform according to its printed documentation, and to the best of the Licensor's knowledge the Licensee's use of the Software according to the printed documentation is not an infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. This limited warranty lasts for a period of 30 days after download. This SLA replaces and supersedes all prior negotiations, dealings, and agreements between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the Software. This SLA is valid without the Licensor's signature. It becomes effective upon the earlier of the Licensee's signature or the Licensee's download of the Software.
