The Licensee acknowledges that this SLA is only a limited nonexclusive license. The Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software. The Licensee acknowledges the evaluation period will be for 3 calendar months only from date of download of the Software. This SLA permits the Licensee to install and deploy the Software as required. The Software is subject to a limited warranty. The Licensor warrants to the Licensee that the Software will perform according to its printed documentation, and to the best of the Licensor's knowledge the Licensee's use of the Software according to the printed documentation is not an infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. This limited warranty lasts for a period of 30 days after download.
