FarFast Form Filler is a form filler software program that allows you to visually fill out a pre-printed form image and print it --- That is, you first use a scanner or digital camera to get an image of your form, then import the form image into the program, visually fill out the form and print it. Step by step, the form filler software is easy to use and fast to fill. Features of the Form Filler Program The form filler software program displays the form image in the top window and a spreadsheet-like grid table below. You define data fields by drag-and-drop onto the form, and the corresponding data entry fields (grid cells) are automatically created in the grid. Each data entry field (grid cell) can be individually labeled for easy identification. You tab-and-type information in the bottom grid for fast data entry. FARFAST FORM FILLER LICENSE AGREEMENT Subject to the following terms and conditions, HexaTech grants to you a non-exclusive license to use PreprintedFORM Filler software ("the software"). LICENSE You may use the software on one computer at a time. This is a single user license. You may copy the software for backup purposes only. You may not grant sublicenses, lease, or other rights in the software. You may not split the software into components and transfer, sell, distribute, or re-license or otherwise convey those components as individual products to another party. In addition, you may not translate, recast, transform, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software. In the case of an authorized transfer, the transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. The license also terminates if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. HexaTech retains title to the ownership of the software. All copies and portions of the software, in any form, belong to HexaTech which retains all rights not expressly granted. Nothing in this License Agreement constitutes a waver of HexaTech's rights under the U.S. copyright laws or any other Federal or State Law. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by United States Copyright laws and also by International Treaty provisions. Any use of the software in violation of these laws constitutes termination of the license and can be prosecuted. LIMITED WARRANTY HexaTech warrants that for sixty (60) days from the date of purchase: (1) the software, under normal use, will perform substantially the functions described in the documentation provided by HexaTech; and (2) the media on which the software is furnished will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. HexaTech does not warrant that the functions contained in this software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. HexaTech is not responsible for any problem caused by (1) changes in computer hardware or operating systems which are made after the release of the software, (2) interaction of the software with non-HexaTech software, or (3) accident, abuse or misapplication.
