If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, do not install or use the Product. The Product is protected by copyright laws as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Product is licensed, not sold. 1. PRERELEASE CODE. 1.1 This version of the product is a prerelease version that is not at the level of performance and compatibility of the final product offering. The prerelease version may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to first commercial shipment. The license for the use of the prerelease version expires when the final, commercial product version becomed available. 1.2 This version and this license is time-limited and expires after a date as mentioned in the accompanying documentation and the "About Feed Editor" window (in the Help menu); after that day, you may no longer use the Product, even if you received it after that day (e.g. from an old download source).
