It's easy to amass multiple copies of the same file by downloading them twice or copying them into new locations without deleting the originals. Digital photographs, MP3 files and other types of downloaded music take up a lot of space, and as these are the files most likely to be accidentally duplicated, reclaiming the space they waste is a great benefit. Duplicate Finder can find and eliminate unwanted duplicates by permanently removing them from your hard disk. It can also be used to transfer duplicate files to a location of your choosing so you can deal with them at your leisure.
