This EULA provides a license agreement between Vitaliy Levchenko ("Licencor") and you (person or organisation) ("Licensee") to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By installing and using the Software you accept and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cancel the installation or, if the Software already installed on your computer, promptly uninstall it. OWNERSHIP. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Software is a product of Vitaliy Levchenko. It protected under international copyright law. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko. LICENSE GRANT. The Software is FREEWARE. The Licensee may use it for any legal purpose, which does not contradict the restrictions noted below. NO WARRANTIES.
