If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove all FTPRush files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property laws and treaties. 1. TRIAL Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. After 30 days, if you wish to continue to use FTPRush you must register. 2. BUY To register you must buy FTPRush. Check the FTPRush web site for details (http://www.FTPRush.com). 3. REFUNDS FTPRush provide a 30 days trial to ensure it meets your needs. Once a permanent license key has been issued to you there are no refunds and all sales are final. 4. DISTRIBUTION The unregistered trial version of FTPRush may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. a. The unregistered trial version of FTPRush may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. b. CUSTOMER SERVICE If you lost your key and want the author to provide a new key for you, you MUST write a mail to the author via your registered mail address and attach your registration name and your order mail from the FTPRush reseller. 7. NO UNLAWFUL USE You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
