GeneralKB is an innovative Knowledge Management software allowing an easy and effective management of all types of knowledge bases. In addition, it has a powerful search engine, allowing the search according to any document criteria. It also supports bookmarks grouping enabling to bookmark documents and save it into a collection file. GeneralKB provides many easy ways to capture information into database. The common one is by typing direct into its internal document editor. The editor is not only easy to use but also powerful enough to be used as a WYSIWYG web page editor. Among other things, it supports tables, hyperlinks, Styles Inspector to work with styles, Merge Tags Inspector for creating Print Preview templates, multi lingual including right-to-left languages, multi lingual live spell checker and much more. Web Pages can be directly captured and stored from Internet. It also has the capability to export documents in its own format to other formats: TXT, RTF, DOC, HTML, XML and PDF, individually or in batches.

GeneralKB v2.8 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Astersoft Co., please read it carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of GeneralKB and their beta versions from now on referred below as "GeneralKB Knowledge Base" unless otherwise specified. Copyright This software is copyrighted 2008-2010, Astersoft Co. The use and copyright of this software is governed by international copyright treaties. Astersoft retains full title and rights to this software and documentation, and in no way does the license granted diminish the intellectual property rights of Astersoft Co. You must not redistribute the registration codes provided, on paper, electronically, or in any other form. Evaluation Version This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge within 100 executions. Using this software after the evaluation period violates copyright laws and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Registered Version One registered copy of this software may be used by only one person who uses the software personally on one or more computers. Further, it may be installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by more than one person, but not both. When you purchase GeneralKB, the "Activation Code" is being issued to you. By commercial purposes we understand the indirect and direct use of the Licensor's Software for any gainful activity, the use of the Licensor's Software in business in particular. The Licensor's Software's Licensees can be natural persons exclusively. ・ business license - the Licensee, who paid the license fee and obtained the unlock codes authorizing them to use the Licensor's Software for commercial purposes, is entitled to use the Licensor's Software for any purpose, i.e. both personal and commercial, e.g. gainful activity. The Licensor's Software's Licensees can be natural persons and both non-profit and commercial organizations. ・ family license - the Licensee, who paid the license fee and obtained the unlock codes authorizing them to use the Licensor's Software for familial purposes, is entitled to install and use the Software on any number of computer machines installed at their own home.
