Card file of geodetic items of region (only on russian) Program "Geoitem" is intended for Managements of architecture and town-planning, Committees on land reform of cities and areas, of industrial geodetic firms and is applied to the automated account of basic geodetic items (points) of the appropriate area (city) and provides: * Conducting databases of geodetic points, with sketch and figures of the marks of items in view of conditions of a mode of access to the information; * Automatic creation and seal of cards of geoitems. Program differentiates functionalities in 2 workplaces: * The workplace of the foreman provides a conclusion of the data, drawing up, viewing, fast search and listing of cards of geoitems. * The workplace of the manager provides opportunities of registration allowed to work with TILL the persons, setting their surnames, levels of the admission and individual passwords on an input in system. Other opportunities: * The tables with the data are stored in bases of an open format Microsoft database (*.mdb) and can be processed outside of program "Geoitem" by means Access'97, by necessity, with realization of required accounts and formation of the additional documents. * Executive modules of program are protected with the help of an electronic key of protection and passwords of the users. * Program provides automatic formation of the documents in MS Word'97/2000 for viewing, possible completion, further seal and preservation in these formats on the basis of a standard set of patterns of the documents (In betta version only "Card of geoitem"). The textual part of patterns of the documents can be edited by means Word'97.

Allocation of the license "High Technologies of Management" Ltd company, further LEGAL OWNER being the legal owner of a computer program, further PROGRAMS, and electronic documentation, accompanying it, further of DOCUMENTATION " grants you not exclusive, non-transferable, license for its usage on belonging to you or equipment, taking place under your control, on stated below conditions. Each can use the PROGRAM during test period, duration 30 days. If you want to use it after that 30-day's period you should it register. The registration of the PROGRAM consists in obtaining from the legal OWNER, after payment of its(her) cost, registration number or electronic key with the fixed quantity of simultaneously used copies of the PROGRAM (for network versions). Limitations You have no the right: to copy the PROGRAM or DOCUMENTATION, except for cases stipulated in the present license to assort to decompile, uncomplect the PROGRAM to distribute to give back on hire basis or for rent, to sell, to grant the license or otherwise to transmit wholly or part of the PROGRAM and DOCUMENTATION any rights granted on the present Agreement, any other person without preliminary written consent on the part of the legal OWNER to delete to change or to stick on the PROGRAM or DOCUMENTATION any pointers, signs, mark about property right to update to transfer(translate), to adapt, to adapt or to create any derivative programs on the basis of the PROGRAM or DOCUMENTATION, in any purposes without the written approval of the legal OWNER to use any equipment, device, software or other resources, which are intended for operations around or deleting of any forms of copy protection used by the legal OWNER concerning the PROGRAM to change somehow and in any purposes registration number of the PROGRAM to provide possibility to use the PROGRAM on any other workstation or server. Upgrade of versions The right of use of upgrades of the PROGRAM is granted after payment of cost of technical support of the PROGRAM. This right is fixed in the registration code received from the legal OWNER, for each of used copies of the PROGRAM. The copyright the PROGRAM which is included in a package of delivery, is the property of the legal OWNER, and is protected by rules(situations) of the legislation of Russian Federation, rules(situations) of the international agreements, mandatory for country of the end user, on protection of the copyrights on software products both software of computer facilities and computer science, and also rules(situations) of the given license agreement being strictly mandatory for the persons, who have entered it and distributed on itself thereby his(its) operation. Any usage of the program - information product infringing these laws means cancellation of the license and can be pursued in the judicial order. the copyrights to the PROGRAM and DOCUMENTATION, and also on all copies, made by you, are saved behind the legal OWNER. The unsolved copying of the PROGRAM or DOCUMENTATION, or the non-observance of the stated above limitations means automatic cancellation of the present license. The unsolved backup of the PROGRAM is violation of the copyright and is subject to punishment by the way of overlay of the fine in the sum of 10-multiple cost of the Software. The warranties the legal OWNER guarantees, that the PROGRAM will function as a whole how is described in DOCUMENTATION, and that the magnetic carrier, on which the PROGRAM is written, has no defects. At detection of defects of magnetic carriers, under condition of their normal usage, the legal OWNER guarantees their replacement, within thirty (30) days from the moment of acquisition by you of a copy of the PROGRAM. EXCEPT FOR STATED ABOVE, PRECISELY EXPRESSED GUARANTEE CERTIFICATES, the legal OWNER DOES NOT GRANT, And YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANY PRECISELY EXPRESSED, INDIRECT, MANDATORY OR HAVING ANY To YOU the RATIO of the WARRANTIES, And the legal OWNER, In particular(personally), DECLARES ABSENCE of ANY OTHER WARRANTY, INCLUDING the INDIRECT WARRANTY of FITNESS FOR ANY CONCRETE PURPOSE.
