'GetFolder Nu' is for those who often get lost in the maze of Folders searching for Folders and the Files in them. Either by need or inadvertently, a File gets saved in many Folders. These Folders find place at various levels of Folder hierarchy. Hence, being at loss while, searching for them is natural. 'GetFolder Nu' is to jump to the destination folder instantly. It is a small window of 2.0 x 0.5 inches. Type a part-word or two which you remember from the Folder path. For example, for a Folder path 'C:CustomersNorth ZoneAlaskaBulk2009Blue BellsJanuary', one may type 'blu ala'. Note that three to six characters suffice to reach the Folder. You save mouse-clicks, you save time. Note that you need not even input the words in the order in which they appear in the Folder path. Matching folders refresh and show up in tandem with each character typed. 'GetFolder Nu' opens the Folder in Explorer with the Folder path pre-navigated and highlighted for your convenience. It instantly creates new word file or excel file in the destination Folder. It helps create shortcut by mere drag-and-drop of Emails or Files in the destination Folder, as an auxiliary storage. Indexing takes place at the time of installation. Routine indexing is self-induced. This keeps the user free of the hassles of maintenance of the software. Tanya Geometrik Private Limited End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Tanya Geometrik Private Limited for the Tanya Geometrik Private Limited software product identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation on "GetFolder Nu". By installing, copying, or otherwise using "GetFolder Nu", you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning "GetFolder Nu" between you and Tanya Geometrik Private Limited, (referred to as "licenser"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use "GetFolder Nu". The "GetFolder Nu"is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The "GetFolder Nu" is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. "GetFolder Nu" is licensed as follows: (a) Installation and Use. (b) Backup Copies. You may also make copies of "GetFolder Nu" as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. (a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of "GetFolder Nu". (b) Distribution. You may not rent, lease, or lend "GetFolder Nu". (e) Compliance with Applicable Laws. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of "GetFolder Nu". 3. TERMINATION Without prejudice to any other rights, Tanya Geometrik Private Limited may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of "GetFolder Nu" in your possession. 4. COPYRIGHT All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to "GetFolder Nu" and any copies thereof are owned by Tanya Geometrik Private Limited or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of "GetFolder Nu" is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tanya Geometrik Private Limited. 5. NO WARRANTIES Tanya Geometrik Private Limited expressly disclaims any warranty for "GetFolder Nu". "GetFolder Nu" is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. Tanya Geometrik Private Limited does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within "GetFolder Nu". Tanya Geometrik Private Limited makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. Tanya Geometrik Private Limited further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Tanya Geometrik Private Limited be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use "GetFolder Nu", even if Tanya Geometrik Private Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
