The application calculates the Sun, Planets and Stars azimuth based on observer's location and time of observation. No additional publications required: nautical almanac, etc. Once the azimuth is calculated, entering gyro bearing, heading, magnetic heading, variation will produce the result summary with all data required to keep the Compass Observation Book in right way. "Star Adviser", this new option will help you to locate the objects and select the best one for bearing; This will also allow to predict the planets and stars location, so you can plan your measurements.
