HAPI which is pronounced happy is a Java-based HL7 2.x parser that has support for traditional (ER7) and XML encoding. The HL7 protocol is a messaging standard for the healthcare information systems on more than 51 countries. The authors of this project do not have any connections with the HL7 system but only write the platform that is in tune with the system preferences.
