Hyde License Agreement This software End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between YOU and DevDaily Interactive, Inc. (DevDaily) regarding the Hyde Version 1.1.x software application (Software). Read it carefully before downloading and using the Software. This agreement provides a license to use the Software, and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By downloading the Software, you are con#64257;rming your acceptance of the Software, and agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install this Software. DevDaily hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the Software. For evaluation purposes a temporary, time-limited license is granted. After that time you must purchase a license to continue using the Software. UPON PURCHASE, A USER'S LICENSE WILL BE CREATED CONTAINING YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS. THIS LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO CONTINUE USING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE INITIAL TRIAL PERIOD. -- Registration For registered release you have to pay a license fee, by following the instructions given in this application or our website. You may: 1. Use the Software on any single computer; 2. Use the Software on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person, and more than one copy is not used simultaneously; 3. Copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices. You may NOT: 1.
