Image Captor allows to capture images from any sources available to your PC, such as: existing files, scanners, digital cameras, screen content, webcams, and tv-tuners. After captured they can be cropped to suit your need. Supports saving to JPG, PNG, and BMP formats. For JPGs, you can balance the quality and size of the images when saving. Although the current version was released as beta version, actually it''s very stable and ready for production stage. We simply want to implement the "upload to facebook" feature before releasing the first official version.
