IntraWeb Studio is based on a .NET Windows client which will run on your desktop. This client is for managing your web site projects and for editing the content. All documents are contained in a repository, to edit a file you just double-click it, and IWS will checkout the file from the repository. The web pages are directly deployed from the repository to the web server that hosts your web site. IntraWeb Studio is available in two different flavours: -Personal / Desktop Edition is for single users and contains the client and the repostiory in one single program that runs on your desktop. Manage, edit and deploy your web site directly from your PC. Easy to setup, free personal edition! - Professional / Enterprise edition is for multiple users. It comes with a remote repository (IWS Server) that all users can connect to, to manage and edit the web site projects. Important to know is that all documents and files are deployed from the IWS Server to the Web Server. If the IWS Server and the Web Server are installed on the same physical machine, then IWS just copies the files locally instead of using FTP.

IntraWeb Studio License Agreement This is a license agreement between Atozed Computer Software Ltd. ("ATOZED") and you ("User") for IntraWeb Studio ("Software"). YOU MAY ACCEPT THIS LICENSE BY SELECTING THE "I ACCEPT THE TERMS IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT" OPTION BELOW. YOU MAY REJECT THIS LICENSE, AND TERMINATE THIS INSTALLATION PROCESS, BY SELECTING THE "I DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT" OPTION BELOW. Grant of License ATOZED grants you to use the Software according to the edition specific rules below. You may not rent or lease the software, but you may transfer the software and accompanying written material and this license to another person on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the other person agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. You may make one copy of the software for backup purposes for use on your own computer. The original software must be backed up in unmodified form. Produced pages require the placement of a Powered by IntraWeb Studio logo. The software will force the placement. To use this edition for more than 30 days, you need to obtain a license key, which will be provided free of charge. Desktop Edition ATOZED grants to you, if you are an individual, or, if you are an entity, one (1) designated person in your organization a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable and limited license to use the IntraWeb Studio Desktop solely for your own internal purposes. This includes the ability to install on multiple computers, as long as the installation is only used by the same single person. In plain English this means you can install this software on your desktop and your laptop so long as you are the only one who uses the software. You may not install on multiple computers for multiple persons to use. You may not network the software or use it on more than a single computer or computer terminal at any time, unless a copy is purchased for each person on the network that will use the software. Professional Edition ATOZED grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable and limited license to install IntraWeb Studio Professional on one (1) server and to use it with a maximum of three (3) persons in your organization. Enterprise Edition ATOZED grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable and limited license to install IntraWeb Studio Professional on one (1) server and to use it with an unlimited number of persons in your organization. IntraWeb Studio Client The IntraWeb Studio client is provided free of charge and may be installed on as many computers as you want to connect to any licensed IntraWeb Studio Server. Term This agreement is effective until you terminate it by destroying the software, all copies and backups. It will also terminate if you fail to follow this agreement. You agree upon termination to destroy the software, together with all copies thereof including backups. Copyright The Software is owned by ATOZED and is protected by International laws and treaties. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material. Warranty Clause - Limited Warranty ATOZED warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials. ATOZED does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements, or any operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Disclaimer of Warranties ATOZED disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability of fitness from particular purpose, with respect to the software and accompanying written materials. ATOZED will have no consequential damages. In no event, shall ATOZED or its suppliers be liable for damages whatsoever, (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any pecuniary loss), arising out of the use or the inability to this Software, even if ATOZED has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sole Remedy ATOZED holds no liability for remedy. U.S. Government Restricted Rights This software and documentation are provided with restrictive rights. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in Section c(1)(ii) of the Rights and Technical Data in Computer software clause at 52.227-7013.
