Each unique active user will be bound to a Issue Tracking Anywhere license. The inactive user doesn't take one license. The total number of active user accounts must not exceed the total number of purchased licenses for your organization. A Issue Tracking Anywhere user may use his/her user account from any computer. RESTRICTIONS You may make a single copy of the SOFTWARE for backup purposes only. All rights reserved. You may not use, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, transfer, hire, lend or otherwise distribute the SOFTWARE or any accompanying materials in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this agreement. LEGAL NOTICE If you use Microsoft SQL Server as the database of Issue Tracking Anywhere, you must be a licensed user of Microsoft SQL Server. Please refer to your Microsoft SQL Server license agreement for specific details.
