These pictographs sometimes retain its meaning to the current meaning of the kanjis. This app tries to draw a connection between the kanjis and the reasoning behind its meaning. Kanjis in this app are grouped by their kyouiku levels. These are kanji levels that are taught to the elementary students. There are six levels of kyouiku kanji each corresponding to the year of the school. This version (0.0.9) has all kanjis from kyouiku level 1 and level 2. Level 3 will be updated shortly and will require this version to properly work.
