BY OPENING THE SEALED SOFTWARE PACKAGES AND/OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE ON A COMPUTER OR EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE AND USE A COPY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
