KenKen is a grid-based logic puzzle and math game that is frequently described as "sudoku on steroids".How to solve KenKen?It’s as EASY to learn as tic-tac-toe: 1) Each row and each column must contain the numbers 1 through the size of the grid without repeating. If it's a 3x3 grid, you'll use the numbers 1-3. In a 4x4 grid, use the numbers 1-4, and so on.2) The numbers within the heavily outlined boxes, called cages, must combine using the given operation (in any order) to produce the target numbers in the top-left corners.3) You can repeat a number within a cage, as long as those repeated numbers are not in the same row or column.4) Freebies: Fill in single-box cages with the number in the top-left corner.5) There is only one solution to each KenKen puzzle.A Little KenKen HistoryKENKEN was developed in 2004 by acclaimed Japanese mathematics instructor Tetsuya Miyamoto. His goal was to improve his students’ math and logic skills, and what better tool to achieve this than a with an amazingly fun puzzle? So he developed one that would be understandable, fun, and challenging for any level of student. Most importantly, he wanted the puzzle to encourage independent thinking, emphasizing trial and error, concentration, and perseverance. Mr. Miyamoto’s educational philosophy boils down to “The Art of Teaching Without Teaching.™” His methods and puzzle were immediately successful.KenKen for Android Includes:-83 Easy to Hard puzzles + 57 Progression mode puzzles. -A large selection of addictive FREE puzzles ranging from 3x3 grids to 9x9grids, Easy to Hard, along with a variety of "select your difficulty" Puzzle Packs available for purchase.-Expert Puzzle Packs for KenKen fanatics.-Many extra features such as Hints, Check, Undo, Reset, Pause, Timer.-Facility to post results to Facebook and Twitter.-Ability to email results and invite friends.-KenKen Store
