BY USING THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS LICENSE (the “SOFTWARE”), YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. KJ Nova™, Inc. ("KJ Nova") hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, limited and nontransferable license to use the Software and any accompanying documentation ("Documentation") on the terms set forth: Limited Trial: You may use the Software for a one-time trial period of 21-days without charge. This period applies to individual users and as a user, you are entitled to one 21-day trial. After that period, you will either, (a) purchase the software for the current market price through an authorized outlet, or (b) cease using the software and remove or uninstall it from any computers on which it may be installed or stored. The 21-day period starts with the initial install of the Sofware and acceptance of this license agreement.
