This app manages all aspects of a Leader's soldiers including important dates, Soldier Accountability, NOK, PT Scores, Weapon Scores, Body Fat, Soldier Counseling and much more. You get great features such as automatic PT , Body Fat and Weapon Score calculations. Additionally, you can manage all aspects of your vehicles and equipment as well as maintenance faults, maintenance statuses, operators and much more. Unlike other Leader apps, the NCO's iLeaderbook for Army NCOs will generate important soldier reports such as DA4856 counseling forms and email them to you for printing.
