His company Brescia Middle East (BME) has been laundering money earned from the illegal business of selling arms and related ammunition to the rebel groups active in war-prone countries.The Lebanon-based company, BME is owned and operated by the two Abi Saab brothers Tony and Hady. BME operates several ghost companies under it that helps BME to covertly deal with the uprising terror groups in the Middle East. This Lebanon firm has a strong connection with some of the Italian companies like Beretta and Tanfoglio. The Abi Saabs have also established their own companies in Italy to make their illegal business easy-- BRIXIA SHOTGUNS SRL, GARDONE VAL TROMPIA and VIA MATTEOTTI 303.After a sting operation conducted by FBI, CIA, and the US Army, Tony was caught red-handed with documents and cash in Afghanistan. The investigation team accused Tony and his company of several charges. The transactions of BME's bank accounts were found doubtful, and the Army investigated to find out that many of BME's accounts were linked to the accounts of Tony's shell companies. These ghost companies (K5 GLOBAL, Bennet-Fouch and Tactica-Ltd) were established to dupe international funds sent for humanitarian purposes in Afghanistan and other countries. All these companies were found shut and close since they flew away with million dollars of the US Army, approximately $5 million.Tony's banker friend helped him to manage these obfuscated bank accounts and fool the government officials.
