Letter Addresses helps you DRAFT business letters and emails with LEAST amount of TIME and EFFORT. With this software you can AVOID SIFTING through business cards and TYPING receiver details EACH time you send a letter / email. Letter Addresses outputs a fully formatted list of all letter receivers for the company you want to send a letter to. All you need to do is copy paste the required address block in to the body of your letter OR email. The software is USER FRIENDLY as all tasks are completed by clicking buttons. Letter Addresses is a PIM database developed using MS Access 2000. To use it you must have MS Access 2000 or later installed on your computer. With a single copy you can store data for 750 different letter receivers i.e. individuals and 250 different companies.
