Use of Lock My Computer is limited by the following license agreement. Use of Lock My Computer indicates your agreement to the following terms and conditions. License You may: 1. use LockDown My Computer on only one computer; You may not: 1. make copies of LockDown My Computer in whole or in part except as expressly provided for in this agreement. Your right to copy LockDown My Computer is limited by copyright law. Term of the Agreement This agreement is effective until terminated by you or Gulden Development. In the event of breach of any of the terms of this agreement, you shall pay the attorneys fees of Gulden Development that are reasonably necessary to enforce the agreement plus resulting damages. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer LockDown My Computer ("The Program") AND ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Gulden Development does not warrant that the functions contained in the Program will meet your requirements. The entire risk as to the use, quality, and performance of the Program is with you.
