In the Hsuan-chuang (玄奘) translation, it is "般若波羅蜜多心経".The Six-syllabled Sanskrit Mantra "Oṃ mani padme hum" is particularly associated with the four-armed Shadakshari form of Avalokiteshvara (Tibetan Chenrezig, Chinese Guanyin), the bodhisattva of compassion. Mani means "jewel" or "bead" and Padma means "the lotus flower", the Buddhist Sacred Flower.
