This game is a close relative of the famous office puzzle game Lines. You are helping Mario to clear the color balls from the board. But the rules are quite different. First, you are playing on the hexagonal board, which drastically changes the nature of the game - the balls can move in three directions giving you more freedom. Second, you can arrange balls into various patterns, not only straight lines as it used to be before. The more elaborate is the figure - the more points you get. You can try to build up complex combinations, and keep the board empty by removing the simpler ones in the meantime. Therefore, there may be different strategies of playing and scoring points. You can decide on the fly whether the newly appearing balls are allowed to finish the patterns (to prevent them from messing up your constructions). Main features of the game: 1) new shapes for board and the cells that form it ; 2) major rule change - now you can put the balls in the various patterns to remove them ; 3) gradually increasing skill level, even kids will have fun playing; 4) save your best results on hard disk, and take part in the top players contest on the Web ; 5) Personal Edition available on request. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MARIO'S BALLS IMPORTANT NOTICE. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Icestone Trustee Limited concerning the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include printed materials, on-line and other electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed under two level licensing scheme: 1) Mario's BallsTrial - No registration or payment is required. Under this license you obtain the right to freely evaluate this game for two weeks starting from the installation date. All the game features are present in the trial version. 2) Mario's Balls Full Edition - Registration is required. After the registration is complete, you the remainder windows are turned off and you can use this game uninterrupted for unlimited time, as well as the right for free upgrades to new versions. 2) Mario's Balls Personal Edition - Registration is required. In addition to the Full license, you obtain the custom-made version of the game, with a photo or other image placed within the application main window into the frame reserved for this purpose. No image or other material that may cause copyright infringement, or be considered offensive, will be included in the application. The following applies to all the licensing schemes: (a) Software Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER"). (b) Storage/Network Use. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices"). (c) Back-up Copy. You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure. (d) Reverse Engineering. For the purpose of upgrade products only, "HARDWARE" shall mean the computer system or computer system component with which you received the Eligible Product. A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the Eligible Product which came with the HARDWARE. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this EULA and only with the HARDWARE. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 3. COPYRIGHT. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any source and executable code, images, data, animations, video, audio, text and "applets," incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are owned by the Icestone Trustee Limited or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Icestone Trustee Limited and its suppliers. 4. USE OF ADVERTISING The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which will appear during application use. At any time, you can order a registration key which will add features to the software and remove the advertising. You will be asked to provide the valid e-mail address to ensure appropriate registration procedure and key generation. This address will in no event be used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
