Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) has been at the forefront of adoption of eGovernance initiatives in order to offer improved service delivery to the citizens. In our effort the take service delivery to the next level and offer anytime, anywhere service delivery; MCGM has taken an initiative to enable service delivery using mobile devices. In order to leverage the existing mobile service delivery platform and roll out mobile-based services promptly to the citizens, MCGM has engaged CDAC's Mobile Seva team to develop a mobile application for us. This mobile application, MyBMC 24x7 will help the citizens to lodge their complaints, payment of water bills, payment property tax, renewal of licenses from anywhere at any time and accordingly make their life stress free and hassle-free.
