Meeting Loudness Monitor monitors the sound level in the meeting room. It allows you to visually and easily set a tolerance threshold that triggers a playback of a sentence that you have configured (e.g. "Please stop shouting!") to warn everyone in the room that the meeting is getting way too loud.
How to:-------You have 3 simple parameters to control.1. The Tolerance Bar - touch and drag the black bar on the top of the main screen to set the volume tolerance you are willing to accept for the meeting.2. Duration - Set the duration of volume measurement. The alert will only be triggered if on average the volume was over the tolerance for the defined duration. Use smaller values to trigger an alert even if the loud sounds were just for brief period. Note that during the measurement, if the average volume in the room is over the tolerance, the bar color becomes red - this is to warn the meeting participants before the alarm goes off.3. Speech - here you can set exactly what you want the application to say when the alarm goes off. This is the part where you need to be creative :)
IMPORTANT: note that the first screen of the application will check for English Text to Speech support on your phone. This is needed for the application to function.
