The Mobile Design Studio Pro enables user to create instant applications that would generally take a developer several thousand dollars to create. It creates 3 types of applications: Server Application: User inputs application data and points to scripts or other server-side content. The program wraps the server-side content into a runnable application for mobile phones. Scripts on the server run through a compiled application can be used to build dating, social networks, and chat applications. Can be compiled into MIDP 2.0 or Blackberry Cod files. Media Player: Similar to the Server Application, the content is pulled from the web. User creates .html, xhtml or .php files with links to MP3, MP4 or 3GP files on the server which are then streamed OTA in the application's customized media player. Can be compiled into J2ME MIDP 2.0 or Blackberry Cod files Timeline Composite Applications: The Mobile Design Studio Pro is very much like Flash or Director and will be easy to use for designers who are already familiar with flash and timeline design tools. It gives a visual approach to application creation. The product is a tool for producing highly compressed vector graphics movies for mobile devices. It relies on an extremely small Java player downloaded along with application data into a wireless device. The editor is designed to allow the creation of layers and their objects as well as to be able to create the appropriate events on the timeline which will yield the desired animation. Once the movie has been designed a single button push will create the applet, iappli, midlet ready for distribution to mobile users

Evaluation agreement This agreement outlines the conditions of evaluation for this software program (herein referred to as "The Product"). The term "Vendor" refers to the seller of the product. The term "Product" means the individual Product, any updated or revised versions subsequently obtained via download, and all whole or partial copies of each, including portions merged into other programs. The Product consists of Java bytecode instructions for Java virtual machines, audio/visual content (such as images and text) and related licensed materials. The vendor grants the right to evaluate the product under the terms of this agreement and it should be noted that ownership and copyright of the product remain with the author and the authors rights are protected by the laws of individual countries as well as by international treaty provisions. For evaluation purposes the Product may only be used with a 72 hour expiry time restriction on the runnable programs generated by the Product. To remove this restriction a licensing fee must be paid to the vendor. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES (OR CONDITIONS), EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES (OR CONDITIONS) OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU. Futhermore the Vendor does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Product or its documentation in terms of correctness, reliability, accuracy or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by the Vendor shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of the warranty. The Vendor does not make any claim that images protected with the product cannot be copied. These warranties give the licensee specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. In that event such warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period. No warranties apply after that period. THE VENDOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM USING THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS), EVEN IF THE VENDOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This limitation of liability also applies to any developer of any software supplied to the VENDOR used in the course of creating, packaging or delivering the Product to the Licensee. The VENDORs maximum liability shall in any event be the license fee paid for the Product. The Vendor may terminate your right of evaluation if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If the Vendor does so you must destroy all copies of the Product. The product is not designed or intended for use in on-line control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation or aircraft communications; or in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility. The licensee represents and warrants that they will not use or redistribute the product for such purposes. Java and all Java related trademarks and logos are trademarks of Sun Microsystems, Inc. Other company product and service names may be the trademark or service marks of others.
