This program works, optionally, with ShareGuard to provide a lock and key system for selling media files. 2 Basic Components: MovieGuard Producer - allows you tailor your media player and to create your media playlist. MovieGuard Player - this program and the encrypted media files are distributed. Only the MovieGuard Player can decrypt the media files. 3 Basic Security Features: MovieGuard Player - the MovieGuard player program will decrypt your media files and play them to the user. The user cannot copy or save the media files. MovieGuard User Encryption - the MovieGuard encrypts your media files so that only the specified player program will be able to decrypt your media and splay them to the user. ShareGuard (optional) - the ShareGuard program will check the licensing of the media Files before allowing the program to run. If the user is not licensed then the Movie Player will not play your media playlist. This program allows for marketing of video files and/or upselling other products by providing addtional marketing screens and/or AdWare programs to run with the Movie Player. This provides a turnkey system to sell media files online and ensure that only 1 user can listen to your playlist. The MovieGuard along with ShareGuard will prevent users from copying your material or re-distributing your media files. This MovieGuard system can be used to sell media files and promote your videos. Only one user is authorized to use the MOVIEGUARD VIDEO PROTECTION on one computer at a time (and not by more than one individual via a network). 2) OTHER RESTRICTIONS: You acknowledge that you do not become the owner of the MOVIEGUARD VIDEO PROTECTION (software, programs and/or documentation). You agree not to transfer, rent,lease, sub-license, reverse engineer, modify, translate, or share the MOVIEGUARD VIDEO PROTECTION, diskettes, or manual with any other person or firm. 3) LIMITED WARRANTY: While we have attempted to ensure the reliability of the MOVIEGUARD VIDEO PROTECTION, ZAPPERSOFTWARE.COM cannot assume any liability for damage that occurs because of usage of this program, whether or not in accordance with the instructions or specifications. You agree that regardless of the form of any claim, ZAPPERSOFTWARE.COM's liability for any damages or loss to you or anyone else shall not exceed the price paid for use of the program.
