The National UCC Financing Statement is a short, simple record filed for the purpose of giving constructive notice of a secured party's interest in property of the debtor. Although it is not a requirement by law that a UCC be filed, doing so can be protection for both lien holders and prospective buyers. Most financing statements are filed in the office of the Clerk of Court in the county where the debtor lives. The Uniform Commercial Code Article 9 was revised on July 1, 2001. The date on the forms were revised again on 05/22/02. All UCC filings MUST be filed, and, if necessary, re-filed on forms after 05/22/2002. Our software mimics the UCC financing statement to perfection. The screen and the forms are identical so you see exactly where you are typing in information. Data entered may be stored anywhere on your hard drive, to external diskettes, or to a network shared drive as a .ucc file for quick retrieval and editing. Save as many files as your computer can hold! Print professional looking, laser-quality UCC forms on letter size paper or file electronically. Print preview is built-in.
