While using the Network LookOut Administrator, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This License Agreement (License) permits you to use the purchased quantity of copies of the software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in an on-line or electronic form. The Network LookOut Administrator Professional is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk) of that computer. This software may be installed on a network provided that appropriate restrictions are in place limiting the use to registered users only. 1.1 Regular License If you purchased a Regular license, the Network LookOut Administrator Professional is licensed as a Regular license to an individual user. This license allows you to monitor the amount of remote computers (install Network LookOut Agent on them) of any kind, in any environment (including commercial), which is equal to the number of purchased Regular licenses. The use of the Network LookOut Administrator Professional Console is not limited. 1.2 Classroom License If you purchased a Classroom license, the Network LookOut Administrator Professional is licensed as a Classroom license to an educational institution. This license allows you to monitor up to 15 computers (install Network LookOut Agent on them) in one classroom, which are part of that educational institution. The use of the Network LookOut Administrator Professional Console is not limited. 1.2 School License If you purchased a School license, the Network LookOut Administrator Professional is licensed as a School license to an educational institution. This license allows you to monitor all computers (install Network LookOut Agent on them) that are part of that educational institution within 160 km (100 miles) range of the address you specify during purchase. The use of the Network LookOut Administrator Professional Console is not limited. 2. COPYRIGHT. The Network LookOut Administrator Professional is owned by Network LookOut and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Network LookOut Administrator Professional (if any), nor print copies of any user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form. You must not redistribute the registration codes provided, either on paper, electronically, or as stored in the files that are part of Network LookOut Administrator Professional, or any other form. 3.
