ELECTRONIC END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DocToHtml - Doc to HTML Converter version 3.XX This is a legal Agreement between you (either an single individual or an entity, herein referred to as Licensee) and Opilion Software (herein after referred to as Licensor). By installing this software (herein after referred to as Product), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement. OPILION SOFTWARE EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT 1.GRANT OF LICENSE. 1.1 Licensor grants you a non-exclusive royalty-free license to make as many copies of the Product accompanying this agreement as you want, solely to test and to evaluate the Product before you make the decision to purchase the Product. 1.2 You may use the accompanying Product free of charge for a period of 30 days for the sole purpose of evaluating the Product. If, after 30 days, you wish to continue using this Product, you are required to purchase it. In other case, you are required to remove this Product, in its entirety, from all computers on which it is installed. 1.3 You shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Product except as provided in this Agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement. 1.4 You may transfer and distribute the evaluation version of the Product in its unmodified form via electronic means to another persons so long as their use of the Product will be strictly for the purpose of evaluation. 1.5 You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations for copies of the Product, distributing the Product with any other products without Licensors prior written permission. 1.6 Once registered, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Product on their computers, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Product and license key itself may not be rented or leased, may not be given to any third-party, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. 1.7 Personal (single-user) license gives you, as a single individual, a right to use the Product on all of your computers, provided that you are the only user of this software on all of these computers. 1.8 Multiple-users (Business) license gives your organization a right to use the Product by employees on as many computers as specified in the license key. This value is displayed in "About" dialog box. 1.9 Site license gives your organization a right to use the Product on unlimited number of computers belonging to your organization. 1.10 Any of the above mentioned licenses gives you a right to receive upgrades to all future versions free of charge. 1.11 Any of the above mentioned licenses gives you a right to receive free lifetime support via e-mail ([email protected]). We usually answer to e-mails within 24 hours. 1.12 Logo and/or name of your company or university can be placed on our site, on "Our clients" page. If you will decide to remove it, it will be deleted within 24 hours after receiving your request. 1.13 You may not delete notice about using evaluation version of the program from the output HTML pages. 2. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But there is a general rule, that no software ever is error free, and the number of errors increases with the complexity of the program. That's why we cannot guarantee that this software will run in every environment, on any Windows compatible machine, together with any other application, without producing errors. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby denied. In any case, the liability is limited to the registration fee. Please test this program with non-critical data. We cannot guarantee the safety of your data. Should you detect errors before registration, you accept them if you register.
