This app gives a brief overview to alkanes. The content contains the first chapter of "Organic Chemistry Visualized". The molecules and reactions are just briefly described. Reactions are animated movies and molecules can be viewed interactively. You can test your knowledge through a small quiz of 23 questions.IMPORTANT: The animations are strongly compressed in order to keep the app size small. This is why the animations might only run smoothly on newer smartphones.
