This license agreement grants you the nonexclusive right to use Out of the Park Baseball for personal and recreational use. Commercial use of Out of the Park Baseball is not permitted. You may not rent or lease Out of the Park Baseball. You may install and use a copy of Out of the Park Baseball on your personal computer for 10 days in demo mode. After 10 days, if you have not obtained a license, then you must un-install the product. Your purchase of Out of the Park Baseball includes two licenses that may be installed on two separate computers of the same type (PC, Mac or Linux), with the intent that the licenses will not be used by two people in two places at the same time. You may NOT give one or more of your licenses to another person for their use. Because we use different companies for handling licenses for PC, Mac and Linux, Out of the Park Baseball licenses are operating system specific.
