With the function Remove duplicates it is possible to comfortably remove duplicates in all of your Outlook folders. With the function Normalize phone numbers it is possible to reformat your phone numbers in a normalized form respectively in the canonical format. The dialing process out of Outlook, or even with a synchronized mobile phone, is trouble-free after that. Furthermore it is possible to change the old Swiss prefix (1) into the new prefix (44) and to hide fax numbers in your address book. With Search and replace it is possible to search a text in your Outlook elements and replace it with a new one. Outlook Tools (freeware version) is a free form of software, which can be copied and sent to third parties without any copyright being infringed thereby. The precondition for this is that this takes place free of charge and all of the files belonging to the program are sent each time. Should anyone wish to use the full version of the program, then he or she must have it activated, i.e. a registration fee is paid and the right to use the software unrestrictedly is thereby acquired. When activation takes place, the right to use free program updates is also acquired. Outlook is registered exclusively via a Tools activation function integrated in the program. Detailed licence conditions for freeware Limited warranty The software and its documentation are provided as is. Since due to the large number of computer configurations, faulty functioning can never be ruled out, even on software which has been thoroughly tested, the author shall not be liable in any manner for any consequential damage arising through direct or indirect use of the software or the documentation.
