By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER"). (b) Storage/Network Use. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices"). (c) Back-up Copy. You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure. (d) Reverse Engineering. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. USE OF ADVERTISING The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which will appear during application use. This address will in no event be used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
