I will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Software and the Documentation. If you accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, you have certain rights and obligations as follows: YOU MAY: 1. Install and use the FREE EDITION of PageFour without purchasing a license. The FREE EDITION allows for a maximum of 3 Notebooks, with 20 Pages per Notebook. 2. Copy and distribute freely the FREE EDITION (see DISTRIBUTION). THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO You agree and acknowledge that the Software and Documentation are proprietary works that may be protected by the copyright laws of various nations. Licenses are sold on a per-computer basis. You must have a license for each separate computer on which the Licensed version of the Software is installed and run. A license for the Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers. DISTRIBUTION: You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the FREE EDITION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the FREE EDITION (not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the FREE EDITION (except for shipment and handling charges).
