Panopreter Basic is a free text to speech and text to mp3 software program, it reads any text out with natural sounding voices, and converts the text to audio files in wav and mp3 formats, so that you can listen to the audio with a mp3 player later at your convenience. Users can adjust volume and voice speed. The word or sentence being read will be highlighted. The software also supports batch file conversion, a wide variety of languages and voices.
