TERMINATION. This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Shursoft, Inc. if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Shursoft, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and no infringement. OTHER WARRANTIES EXCLUDED. Shursoft, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive or incidental damages arising from any cause even if Shursoft, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
