Disclaimer All our products are distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind whether EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED are promised by SurveillanceSoftwares as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. SurveillanceSoftwares or any one of its team will not be responsible for any kind of damage to any of the party. - Parental Surveillance use WinPcap, an open source library for monitoring and controlling internet activities. This library does not work with dialup internet connections on Vista and Windows 7. So web control feature of Parental Surveillance will not work if you have dialup internet connections on Vista and Windows 7. - Parental Surveillance can restrict only those protocols which run on the top of TCP/IP protocols. - Parental Surveillance can restrict ports only if they are being used for TCP/IP communication. Privacy SurveillanceSoftwares products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the product''s successful operation. Your private information is safe with us. Evaluation Version The Evaluation version of this software may be used for evaluation purposes at the user''s own risk for a period of 10 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either purchase a license to continue using this software, or remove it from his/her system. The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person, firm or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Parental Surveillance without having written permission from the copyright holder. Registered Version On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Parental Surveillance on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time.
